Doctors of hearing is such a professional office, from the front desk staff all the way to the doctors. Dr. Wallace is such a knowledgeable doctor. She listens to your concerns and your history, she does an extensive audio exam, and makes sure to explain all the exams thoroughly so you can truly understand the results and your options. I wanted to share my AWESOME experience with DR. WALLACE today. Dr. Wallace is the TRUE definition of a DOCTOR that shows concern, listens, examines, ask important questions, takes time to listen to your history. She made my hearing test with such ease. She explained everything carefully and her overall profession in her field. I WISH there were much more Doctors like Dr. Wallace. In the past I've been to two different ENTs and there treat me like IN N OUT burger drive-thru if you know what I mean. It's quite obvious that our hearing is such a vital part in our daily lives.
