I have nothing but great things to say! SY, Marilyn and Carla were absolutely amazing ! They kept me comfortable and reassured me that my surgery would be a breeze! My surgery literally only took 30 minutes to remove my keloid. Dr. jones was absolutely amazing and I will be back to get my other keloids removed

I visited this establishment when it was known as Lexington Plastic Surgeons, and it has since rebranded to Dr. Keloid. They successfully removed my keloid, and it has not recurred. However, my concerns with the practice began after my interaction with Kimberly, following my decision to cancel my second appointment. Kimberly informed me that Dr. Jones wished to see me, which I was unaware of at the time, and this appointment was classified as a preoperative consultation, despite my clear indication that I did not intend to proceed with surgery again. Consequently, I did not receive a full refund for my second procedure, even though the initial procedure was billed to my insurance for over $70,000.
