DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care- Orange

The staff was polite and the Dr was kind and very thorough, did not rush and asked me if I had any questions or concerns when visit was over. I will definitely come back when I need walk-in care. Highly recommend🙂

Docs' always gets perfect ratings from me, for taking care of me everytime I come in as a (walk-in) without an appointment. They always make you feel welcome. I travel miles from home just to get my DOT medicals exams. Doctor's and staff are very professional. I give them a thumbs up.

Staff was so friendly, helpful and pofessional. Dr. Kessler was also very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The visit was for my autistic son. They all went above and beyond.

Doniesha and Shauntee were wonderful, the check-in process was smooth. Everybody was so kind and respectful, I highly recommend this urgent care! I unfortunately needed to go to the walk in for a last minute issue and once again, the staff was absolutely amazing. When you go to DOCS or doesn't feel like an urgent care where they're just trying to get through the queue, it really feels like they truly care about the patients that come in and I'm always treated with respect.

I walked in today without an appointment and was greeted right away. Both the women - Kayonna and Monika- who were working the front desk/nurses were excellent. They helped me with WiFi and to sign in. I was brought into the exam room by one of the women and she did my diagnostics. A few min later the Dr came in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes Fantastic experience!
