DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - Danbury

I had a great experience at this urgent care. APRN Nicole was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she took the time to thoroughly examine me and explain everything clearly. She was very patient, made me feel heard, and provided great insight into my symptoms. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring she was. The front desk ladies and the medical assistant was also very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this location and especially Nicole.

Every aspect of this experience was smooth, fluid, and pleasant. My father stumbled on stairs and injured his elbow. I made an appt online. We were greeted politely & processionally by a front staff member. We had just settled into a seat in the waiting area when his name was called to proceed to a room. All staff members were welcoming & compassionate. We were treated as if we had been long time patients! The customer service we received was stellar & I will highly recommend this facility to everyone I know. Kudos to help us take something unpleasant and concerning to feeling completely taken care of and on our way to good health!

Charge $150 for two receptionists to give you forms for payment. Virtual physicians for a facility that could hold 6-10 physicians. On screen with young lady who prescribes ointment and antibiotics after viewing issue through screen. Takes a couple minutes. Smells of Gen Z smallest effort with minimal participation. The ointment and antibiotics did nothing. Followed up 3 days to let them know was told they fully booked try back following. I am in agony and feel this was a joke of a clinic. Shut it down.

Had to make an appointment for what I believe is bronchitis. The check in was a bit long but I have never been here. The nurse at the counter was nice. After getting in the room and they ran a few test, I met the doctor. Young female doctor. What a fabulous experience. She was thorough and very pleasant. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Amazing that you say that Care is in the name of the company. Spent over 2 hours for back pain. That I have had it for while. Then only tellal doc. Couldn't do anything with out being able to touch me. LOL. NO DOC In the building. How does the insurance company allow you to charge full price for 1/2 price work. Then to put 2 young ladies at the front desk who at best where clue less. Just following the company script. If every there was a real emergency my GOD help the person. About a year ago a elderly friend went there for heart pressure while waiting your mandatory 2 hour wait she had a heart attack an died in your waiting room Do you have any morals at all?
