DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - Branford

I may have just left a review but here’s a follow up I shouldn’t have waited so long to come in. The medical assistants are wonderful! Destiny, Manvi and Avi are a good team! The on site MD had been called away but they connected me to Dr. Sharma by video and with digital equipment she was able to conduct a detailed examination remotely. Oh and Avi double checked my insurance, something I never expected. And I had no copay. I will never hesitate to come when I’m not feeling up to par!

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The nurse practitioner was super nice, insightful, and very helpful. She really listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The front desk staff were also wonderful, especially Manvi, who was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and positive. I truly appreciate the care I received and would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful - yet professional and efficient. I was informed a Dr was not available on premise, but could do a virtual exam with a Dr. I was intrigued with the idea as this would be my first experience doing a virtual. I must add here it was 7:00 pm on a Friday night! My usual provider was not available; the answering service suggested I call Mon morning! The virtual exam was thorough and impressive. Meds were called in to my pharmacy, and I picked them up before they closed at 8 pm! I was delighted with the service and highly recommend Docs. Doug

Went on the website, made the appointment. Nurse who helped me was super nice. Dr was amazing. It was a virtual appointment which I thought was weird but they have cameras to check nose and ears and dr can see them. Overall great experience.

Everyone at this office was great! Extremely patient and made sure I was comfortable and that my scans came out as accurate as possible. Manvi was especially kind as she provided me with an EKG scan. Definitely would recommend!
