Experience was perfect from start to finish. Jamarra & Natalia handled everything professionally and made my hectic situation easy to deal with. I also really appreciate the way the doctor was able to calm me down while getting stitches. Thank you guys

Impressed by how pleasant everyone was. I was treated like a friend and not a number. Jamarra the manager went over and above to help me. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone who needs an urgent care center.

I came in at 8:25am today. The front desk staff were personable and efficient. Within 10 minutes, I was in a room getting my vitals taken. The gentleman who was assisting me took down all information with a smile and asked relevant questions. It wasn’t long after that the physician’s assistant entered. She was young, friendly, and knowledgeable. She noted I came in last year for the same issue, all but forgotten until she mentioned it! She quickly determined the right medication, and she said if this doesn’t show significant improvement within a week, call her and she’d refer me to a dermatologist. I truly felt cared for there today, and I always have. That’s the reason I return! 😊

Have been going to this clinic for a few years now and they are alway pretty friendly and very helpful. Usually am in and out in an hour and never have an appointment. Staff is great , results usually come in pretty fast when being tested for Covid, flu or strep.

I have been going to this Urgent care facility for over 10 years. The physicians are wonderful, caring individuals and one can tell they take pride in their work. They have always resigned with me that they are completely devoted to patient care and they have never been dismissive. However. I cannot say the same about the admistrative staff. On my last visit I was told that the office no longer accepted my insurance although I had Medicare part A and B and I had supplemental insurance with United Health Care which was a private retiree insurance plan. I questioned this because that would mean the office would no longer accept Medicare. I was then told that if I only had Medicare it would been accepted but not if I had United Health Care as well because United Health would not cover payment
