If you are looking for good service or a pleasant repor between staff and customers you need to look for a different vet. Vets seem to be without personality and vet staff treat visitors like they are working a telemarketing call center. No matter how much business you do with them you are always a stranger.

We had to board our babies Bellamy and Clark for the first day time. They came home bathed, well fed, and happy. Thank you all so much!

I had the best experience with my Biscuit here. I had just got into Albany from Florida on Vacation 3/7/2024 and my baby boy Biscuit was ATTACKED by a Pitbull. I found this vet and walked into the office with him bleeding everywhere in my arms and told the lady at the front desk what had happened and she notified the team of an emergency, as i was walking through the doors to the bck with him, the team was sprinting towards me grabbed him up and got to work on my Biscuit. My Biscuit is blessed to still be with us, Thanks to the Dockery, Mobley Team!

I can't complain about the service. They are extremely helpful and kind to pets and their owners. Service can be somewhat pricey, but they offer full vet care and boarding services. When my boy Blue was feeling ill, they asked me to bring him in as soon as possible. When I got there, he was taken straight to an exam room. A few moment's later he was being examined. Even with Shiva, which I know can be a handful, they found a way to handle her without too much trouble. I appreciate the services they offer, their knowledgeable caring vets, and their freindly empathetic staff.

We had an emergency with our dog and called Dockery, Mobley, and Associates Animal Hospital yesterday. They told us we could do a drop-off first thing this morning. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to make it happen. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had spoken to me that morning (they hadn’t), and then casually said there were no appointments available—despite me receiving a text reminder for the drop-off. The explanation? “Oh, the person who scheduled it was probably the girl we fired yesterday for not following protocol five times.” What does that have to do with my dog’s emergency appointment that I made with an active employee less than 24 hours prior?
