Very rude receptionist. I was told that I will be considered a new patient because I didn’t go for my physical. Fair enough, so I called and told them that I am going with a new provider since they didn’t have new patient appointments at that time. He was very rude in the call and told me to find a new provider. And that’s what I did. Fast forward two months, I am told I will be charged for a no show appointment that I didn’t know existed until the day of. He very rudely hung up on me saying that he doesn’t have to listen to me! Good doctor but very unprofessional receptionist.

I've been turned away when I got to their office and this was after them rescheduling the day before. I feel like that was extremely unprofessional. They should have informed me beforehand or at the very least before I got to their office. I drove over an hour in a bad weather just to get to their office. I'm so disappointed.

I saw that the provided is in network with my insurance so I called to set an appointment. The receptionist didn't ask me what insurance I had and just set the appointment without even really asking me what the appointment was for. When I got there this morning no one was there for a while until I saw the provider. I stood up and she said in a negative tone that someone will be woth me in a minute. She didn't even look at me. When the receptionist arrived I gave him both my primary and secondary insurance and he said that they didn't take my secondary insurance. I feel like me coming out there for nothing could've been avoided if we actually went over my insurance. He said there was a miscommunication, but there was ZERO communication about my insurance over the phone call. I know I'm only

Dobrita Family Care does an exceptional job! They are extremely accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Dr. Dobrita responds to questions via MyChartPlus incredibly promptly (and often outside of working hours, which I think goes above and beyond!). I have been able to rely on Dobrita Family Care for so many things, whether that be scheduling a sick visit (and being able to see the lovely APRN who works there!) or requesting paperwork needed for school. I was referred to Dr. Dobrita when my PCP retired and I consider myself fortunate to have landed in such good hands.

She goes above and beyond for her patients. Those that have left negative reviews likely have unrealistic expectations in what they expect from their healthcare provider (coming from someone who is a clinician herself) unaware of the other independent variables that impact healthcare in this country (ie third party payers, strict medical documentation, etc). Dr. Dobrita is a compassionate doctor who listens and validates any concern I’ve ever brought to her attention. She also sees my husband. She has been supportive of my overall well-being. Thank you for providing a high standard of care in a professional manner.
