Dillons Pharmacy

Was speaking to someone about a medication, put me on hold then came back and answered. I then stated I needed to transfer a prescription and the individual started talking to another individual about it, then shortly after I was put on hold. Waited and it started to ring again. Customer service picked up and I said I had been talking to someone in pharmacy when I was put on hold. I was transferred back again where it went through the same process and redirected back to customer service. At this point I did ask for a manager as I realized that the individuals in pharmacy put me on hold and left for lunch. How rude and inconsiderate can you be to put someone on hold, knowing they would sit there and wait. Instead of having the common sense and decency to just let me know they were lea

The provider online asked me to provide the fax number of the pharmacy where the prescription will be send. Most pharmacies will give you their fax number but this pharmacy will not provide the fax number to patients. I wish I could give a 0 start review.

I have never in all of my years of taking medication. Had so much problem trying to make a pharmacy understand which insurance they should be using. I had a young lady sit and argue with me and try to tell me that I didn't know how pharmacy billing worked when I probably been taking prescription medicine longer than she's been walking the face of the earth. I don't want to have to argue with somebody. I just want them to build the insurance that I asked them to bill. It's that simple. Just say yes. We'll do it this way and that's all let it takes when the customer ask you to bill a certain insurance. Bill it don't argue just do it

The lady told me it would be a 25 minute wait. 30 minutes later, my order is still sitting in front of her. She haven't even put it into the computer. One of there associates was asking because he seen me sitting for a long time. And went over to see what's going on and seen she still haven't put it in. I'm still waiting right now. But I have to be at work and my little girl really need her medicine. I gave them 3 stars because I love this place. But they don't stick to what they say. As in time for waiting.
