Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, PA

Im had my first visit today and it was weird. Ive never been to a dermatologist before so frankly I was very ignorant and thats my fault. I spoke to some folks and also researched online (should have done this before). Basically it took me longer to get into my gown than it did for the dr to do my exam. The exam consisted of him looking at my back, then my front, then asking me of I had any other concerns, and then leaving. That was it. It took less than 5 minutes, no tools were used and nothing was looked at closely. Apparently a comprehensive full body check is supposed to be done, including the scalp. I dont know what the heck to look for, thats why Im going to a specialist. My mother has had skin cancers removed and I have a good amount of moles and freckles and have had some bad
