Dillons Pharmacy

Frequent issues and mixups. I’ve been with them for maybe 12 years, and had better success the first 10 years. I lost my inhaler once, probably fell out and mowed over it. Called to get it replaced and they said my insurance said no, I must wait 30 days. I explained I self pay with no medicine insurance but they still said no. Called Doctor and they sent a script but no go with Dillons. Suffered the rest of the month, borrowed inhalers, and made it through. Doctor said there was no restriction on it, but Dillons was unable to work with me to replace it.

I was in line before 1:00 as was another lady. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at us and stated there is no way possible we can help this many people at this time. (Two people were in line total). We are closed!!!! I have observed her before treating elderly people in this manner. I am disgusted by her treatment of others and will no longer be filling prescriptions at this location. Do better Dillons. Train or let this employee go.

Rude customer service. Took 3hrs to fill an antibiotic and they still were not finished with it. They kept saying that it would be 30 more minutes to push it off. Medicine Shoppe was able to get it transferred and filled in a timely manner. Do not use this pharmacy!

I typically use Medicine Shoppe, but they aren’t open on Saturdays. So, I asked Hutch Clinic Urgent Care to send a prescription for Tamiflu to Dillons pharmacy on 30th street. Dillons Pharmacy wasn’t busy at all, but (once the prescription finally got to the pharmacy), we had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill a basic (very) small volume prescription. Meanwhile, my son was suffering out in the car. If you want efficiency, don’t fill here.

My went to Same Day Care at the Clinic and said they sent a prescription to Dillon's...went to get it and there was nothing there...3days later Dillon's call and said it was ready...wife was almost over the cold anyways so we didn't pick it up...they charged Blue Cross and Blue Shield anyways...so watch yourselves there. P.s. called again and said it would just go back into inventory.
