Great experience at Digestive Medicine Associates LLP. The staff is professional, attentive, and caring. I felt well taken care of and everything was clearly explained. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed. I had an appointment and was 25 minutes early (10:36am) for my 11am out of total respect. After about 80 minutes of sitting in the waiting room past my appointment time (to 12:09pm) I had to tell the receptionist I had to leave and cancel because I had other things to attend to. The most telling part about the quality of their concern and customer service is that they do not want to allow me to give my honest opinion on their customer service as you will see from the attached screen shots as proof that they pulled and locked the request for my survey! I had shown up for my appointment the doctor did not! Point being … no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement but if you pull my opinion for my survey, you are not open or respectful to hearing the tr

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Digestive Medicine Associates, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The doctor and staff were truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the procedure, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure I was well-informed and at ease throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and well-cared for. I highly recommend this gastro office to anyone in need of top-notch care and expertise.

Had my appointment in the afternoon and they called me to cancel it. When I called back to reschedule, and see why it was cancelled, the lady that picked up was EXTREMELY rude. She was almost screaming at me. She said that since I was the last patient of the day, and there where no other patients before me for an hour, the doctor didn't want to sit around and wait for me, so he wanted to go home early... So he cancelled my appointment? How is it my fault that he has to wait to do his job? When, going by the reviews of this place, they make everythone wait around for hours after their appointment... Dr Ónix Garib as well as her staff are awesome . Dr Garib listen and give the best advice . He really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patient . My husband had two pressudure with him yesterday and the experience was phenomenal. We really do recommend Dr Ónix Garib 😀
