Everyone was very nice and helpful except for the Dr. leonor Santos. The nurse was kind but to me it seemed she didn’t know what she was doing and had me repeat a lot of things and she used her phone twice while I was with her and she didn’t seem like she was listening. Now the doctor was absolutely terrible. She seemed very rushed and was talking at me and not with. She kept cutting me off and was just very dry and not personable at all and it didn’t seem like she cared. She didn’t explain anything to me and she was just bluntly rude. Very weird interaction that I haven’t had with a doctor and I didn’t feel safe or cared for so I will not be going back and I have cancelled all future appointments because a doctor like that will not be getting my money

1) Dr Kola is great. Love him. He takes his time with you and explains everything clearly. 2) Unfortunately, I may have to find another practice if the Virtual Check-in process continues. It is a violation of privacy as the whole waiting room can hear the questions and answers. It may even violate HIPPA rules. There are receptionists at the front desk who can check you in quietly and discretely. Why have this remote person who is who knows where and in a questionable security situation (working from home?) where others can hear your private info. Stop the Virtual check-in and Virtual Medical Assistant or we will find another gastro practice.

The office is very efficient and helpful. You do have to make sure you get your appointment at the office you want since they have multiple locations. They are very punctual. Dr Kola is very knowledgeable. Make sure you have your questions and concerns ready so you can be most efficient with your appointment time.

Everyone was kind. My appointment was first thing in the morning (highly recommend). I’ve been there mid day before and I waited much longer then. The nurse was nice and friendly. The doctor was helpful and efficient. I had an overall good experience!

Please read the reviews before you come here. This is a terrible office with no regards to patient wait times. The Medical Assistant and doctors are very nice, friendly, and caring. I wish I could say the same about the front office staff, the woman with the glasses and blonde front highlights is very rude and disrespectful. She tells me she didn’t know what happened, when the Medical Assistants in the back tell me what happened was they never checked me in. If you do really want to come here, be prepared to wait for well over an hour. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. I have been waiting here the WHOLE TIME since 8:45 am and it’s already 9:45 am which is ridiculous. I'm sorry to sound harsh, but I've never seen such a messy & slow office with no idea how to operate and funct
