Called when my cat was sick. They were able to see him the next day. Very thorough and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with him. Had bloodwork and got a shot and sent meds home with instructions of what to continue doing. Reasonable priced for everything they did also. The staff were amazing and as busy as they were, Edgar got the attention and care he needed. Would highly recommend!

Dr Dixon is a very good Vet. The communication with the office is not good at all. I called three times to make an appointment. I was put on hold and they never came back. Then they refused our auto ship with Chewy because we hadn't made an appointment!? People go to Diamond Hill because they are cheap. You get what you pay for. We switched to Riverside and are very happy with the office staff and Dr Ryan

Doctor Dixon is the head vet there and she is so helpful. She is the best vet I have ever come across and she actually knows what she is doing. She puts your pets health first and does not try to overvaccinate them. If I would recommend any vet it would be Dr. Dixon at Dimond Hill Animal Hospital!

I took a stray cat in for a first time check up since I was working on trying to get her healthy and have her as an in house pet. Everyone was very nice, receptionist, technician, veterinarian. The office was full and the veterinarian was very busy but everyone took it in stride because the doctor was good so no one minded the wait to be seen. The only issue is I was assuming as a new patient there would be a more thorough exam, such as blood work, urine, poop weight, etc. Gave my cat 3 year babies shot, and two dewormers shots or pills(I guess) I was never given any medication to take home. No other vaccination were given. I was concerned about my cats skin and her constant groomer, could it be something serious, I felt this issue was overlooked. Got my dog in same day! This was my first time going to this vet. The price was reasonable (especially for a same day visit), the staff was nice, and you could tell they really cared about the wellbeing of my baby! They gave him lots of love and treats while making sure he was safe and comfortable. I will definitely be going back with all my pets.
