I had a great first experience with Diamond Dental. The staff and dentist were kind and patient! Even when asking questions ahead of my appointment Esmerelda at the front desk went above and beyond to help track down answers and price points to put my mind at ease.

From the front door to the receptionist, dental hygienist, to Dr. Bowinkle. The staff were beyond exceptional and addressed my concerns. Dr. Bowinkle and staff took their time to explain findings and addressed concerns in a timely manner. Due to new technology and quality of their in house equipment I did not need to wait two weeks for emergent dental care. Nor was I referred out of town to a higher level of care. Definitely an improvement in our small town. During my visit staff continuously communicated and informed me of care I was recieving and procedures every step of the way. Let me start out by saying it is very important to verify insurance coverage before any procedure is started. Everyone at the office was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Dr Bullwinkle did a great job adjusting my crown buildup, having a new crown made, and placing the crown in a matter of hours. I am pleased with the service and treatment I received, and will be a return customer.

I had my 6 month check up with Diamond Dental today. Everyone was very nice and very professional. I would recommend Diamond Dental to everyone who lives in Globe and Miami.
