I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen on time. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and genuine care shown. The overall experience was efficient, informative, and reassuring. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

I felt very comfortable sharing my eye health information with Dr Tracy. For a change, it's nice to experience that a doctor will spend as much time with me as I need instead of feeling like I'm on an assembly line of managed time frames. This is far more the current state of doctor visits compared to when I was a child and your doctor was truly concerned with who you are and how your health can be improved. Excellent treatment from the entire staff!
