What I was impressed about was that before Dr Richardson saw me - an X-ray tech came in and took X-rays prior to him coming into the room. Dr Richardson had a picture of my knee so that he can properly make an accurate assessment of my knee. He gave me several options and made me comfortable about my decision. Another thing I was impressed about was how fast everything took It took less than 30 minutes for the whole appointment ( not counting the paperwork portion). A super great experience.
