Dr. Shwarz is truly the BEST orthodontist! From the moment I got my braces in March 2023, I received nothing but exceptional care. I started this journey with impacted canines that required oral surgery, and now in 2026, I have the most beautiful smile I could have ever imagined. They would be receiving a poor rating based on a recent billing experience, but they worked with me and made sure I still was able to have my treatment the same day, and Alizza provided outstanding customer service in helping me deal with this issue and maintaining her patience throughout the entire process. <3 Up until this incident, I always received great treatment and had no issues in scheduling appointments. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the procedures and self care requirements. Would still recommend!
