Today was (2/27) was a great visit the wait time from waiting room to seeing the doctor to check out was less than 25 minutes. Dr. Arteaga is a wonderful doctor who does a thorough visit and his staff is amazing.

Dr. Juan was very attentive towards my son. He was patient and listened to me. Terry was friendly and helpful.

Better if the receptionists and assistant speak English and are more receptive and proactive. Patients should not be tested like a commodity or -‘ you didn’t follow procedure As a group of ‘ specialist ‘ on whom we pay for and rely , I expect diligence and good execution. If I was in need of advice or help and follow up , I would not reccomend . Dr Aurtaga is good but the experience follow up and communication does not encourage me to maintain the relations - shame good facility but cheeped out by lack of training and follow up

I highly recommend Dr.Arteaga. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and patient. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. The office is well-organized, the staff is friendly, and appointments are always on time. I recently visited DHG Pembroke Pines, and while my overall experience was mixed, I want to highlight a few important points. The medical assistant who took my vitals was unprofessional and inattentive during the process. It felt rushed and impersonal, and the lack of care and communication made me feel uneasy at the start of my appointment. That part of the visit definitely needs improvement, and I hope the staff receives proper training on patient interaction and be trained for better manners. However, Dr. Juan Arteaga completely turned the experience around. He was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made me feel cared for and respected. Dr. Juan is an outstanding physician, and I would absolutely recommend him
