Dr. Detterline did a wonderful job taking his time to explain the reasons why my 8-year-old needs braces and a spacer. He left room for my son to ask questions. Then he did the same for me when it was my turn to explain why I want braces for myself. We left feeling seen and heard as well as understanding what to expect.

Used this practice for years when my kids needed braces. Now it's been several years post-braces but they responded immediately when my son's permanent retainer came loose and remembered him. Great practice.

I found Dr Detterline right on time when I was in search of an orthodontist. When I had my first consultation he explained everything very well and with 3D videos. I felt very comfortable in making my decision. He gave me 2 options to chose from to solve my under crossed bite. I would recommend Dr. D he’s very patient nice and always is happy to answer any questions.

Friendly, attentive and competent service. We usually use the office in Frederick. We have taken appointments at New Market also , and have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice.
