Designer Drugs Pharmacy

Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy since they moved buildings. They used to be punctual, professional, and helpful. Now that they’ve moved, they are always late on delivering my prescription. They have increased their prices substantially. They do not keep to their word and when you ask any employee for assistance, they argue and talk down to you. I will be changing my prescriptions to be filled at another pharmacy immediately. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the Chattanooga area.

I did not review these reviews before paying for my meds!!! Aaahhh — I see a lot of complaints about customer service and attitude…. customer service is EXTREMELY important to me, I do not care about price. If I’m treated rude or unfairly, I will take my business and dollars elsewhere. I really hope when I go to pick up my prescription I have a good experience… so far, the customer service experience over the phone was 5/10… the lady I spoke with seemed to be new, she couldn’t answer a few questions and the questions she did answer were not said with confidence as if she was unsure. The second woman I spoke with asked me questions as If I hadn’t just got off the phone with the previous lady 10mins ago. It was odd.. but I got what I needed done. Going to pickup my prescription soon! So far

While I have never been to this location, my doctor uses them for my medications. The customer service here is among some of the worst I have ever received and that is just over the phone. These people need a lesson on how to speak to your customers. EXTREMELY rude. Update. Caleb the manager contacted me and was very nice amd said he would look into it.

I received GLP-1 medication from this pharmacy. It was a compound version. After one week I could tell I was starting to feel hunger. After 3 doses it was as if I never even took it. I can not prove it was not a GLP-1 but I was charged for the medication and it was not good. I know I got swindled and not sure but only got three weeks of medication instead of 4. I asked other people in my doctors office if they thought it was the real thing and they said absolutely not! We all gained the “month” we were on this medication. So BEWARE of the weight loss compounds from this pharmacy!

Kelly refused to quote a out of pocket cash price on my medication without a prescription. I dont want to waste my doctors time and send my prescription here to only have to transfer it or rewrite it if the pricing isn't competitive. Sounds like they dont have set pricing and charge you whatever they feel like at the time of service.
