I can’t say enough good things about the team at Desert Hills Animal Hospital. When our sweet puppy was diagnosed with cancer, it was one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through. Every single person there treated us — and our sweet Shirley— with such compassion, gentleness, and respect. They explained every step with honesty and kindness, gave us time to make decisions, and made sure our dog felt comforted and loved until the very end. Their empathy and professionalism meant the world to us during such a painful time. I’ll always be grateful for the care they gave — not only to our dog, but to our whole family. Thank you again!

I love Dr. Taylor, and the receptionist Jenn. They are amazing people. The rest of the staff is pretty great too. LJ my tech this time was so good with my scared fur baby. They are amazing with the fur babies. Thank you Desert Hills and Dr Taylor!

Honestly could not recommend this Vet clinic enough. Everyone is so kind and compassionate for not only your animals but also for you. Always listening to what you have to say and ensuring you know what’s going on. So grateful we have this vet!!

My 6 kids ( now 2) goes to Dessert Hills Animal hospital for years...The customer service is second to none.. the doctors are GREAT Dr.Coats in particular, she gave you the family vibes specially those times when she was on my side when my four boys went to heaven...she is very caring and passionate about animals. The administrative staff are great, they know you by your first name and very accommodating. Kudos to you all!!!!

Everyone was welcoming and nice from the first phone call to our experience at the appointment. We brought in our particularly spicy senior chihuahua and they handled him with love and care. They went above and beyond to explain his treatment to us. Special shout out to Thomas cutting his pills for us so we wouldn’t have to when we got home. Great follow up from Dr.Caldwell the next day with his blood results. Thank you desert hills!
