What can I say? I’m extremely pleased with my care and the high level of professionalism and genuine concern for my well being. I greatly appreciate the senior Dr. Narala. My provider is Ms. Ting Ting and I only can say nothing but positive things about her. She’s always on time, her assessments skills are outstanding, she listens to me, she really tracks my progress and she offers me constructive and meaningful feedback. She’s highly professional as well as demonstrates loving kindness to me as another human being and patient. I feel seen and heard when she sees me in the office. She’s a true GEM. So far so good. I had to switch my cardiologist from another place due to insurance reasons, to Desert cardiology and I'm glad that happened. I am currently in the process of being diagnosed with POTS something my previous cardiologist dismissed. And I have severe health anxiety. I was about to reschedule, because I felt my symptoms were a little too much for me too deal with on this particular visit. They told me to go in the back to reschedule, but they asked if I wanted to be seen asap. So I was seen. I was in a very bad state as its hard for me to make it out to any appointments or any outing for that matter. I had an appointment to get my Heart Test @ 12:30pm & left at 2:10pm. So, expect to wait. 6/20/25 Friendly front desk lady. I got a fast EKG test, & checked my Blood Pressure. Clean place. Dr. Chandra Narala is nice. Spoke to him very quickly. 3.5/5 rating

This place is run like the DMV not a doctor's office!! I've had a couple different appointments here and each time its the same thing. They staff are sarcastic, passive aggressive and say they're short on providers. Then you will be directed to up a room full of people all waiting in line. Mulitple appointments for the same time slot that that are overbooked. Average wait is about 2-3 hours UNTIL you are seen followed by an additional 1-2 hour wait time for doctor and nurses to finish the appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I had my first appt with Dr Narata today and the front desk was friendly and efficient. Aniya who assisted the Dr was amazing welcoming and friendly. She even completed oxygen and bills pressure check for my husband even though I was the patient. Even when I was leaving the office mgr was so nice. I highly recommend this Dr and office. Only thing was a longer wait than usual due to a call out. Which happens but they were apologetic about it.
