I have two providers I see here: Dr. Tali for Dermatology and Dr. Coleman as my PCP. Both providers are amazing, and the overall experience with my care at UHealth has been great. MyChart makes the entire check-in process a breeze, and the registration team down on the first floor is great at ensuring everything is taken care of before sending you upstairs. The clinics have all been recently updated, and the scheduling staff is friendly and responsive to requests in MyChart. Overall, would recommend these providers and UHealth to anyone seeking care.

On the surface, everything looks appropriately branded and professionally positioned. In practice, however, operations feel uneven, coordination is inconsistent, and systems don’t always work together as smoothly as they should. Appointments never start on time. Please show some respect to people's time and schedules. Not eveyone is retired in florida and has time to wait. 2nd time this happens, I have to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen while i hear them chit chatting and laughing in the room next door. Gives off small below average quality practice vibes and does not reflect UM's stature. Last time I will schedule an appointment here for me or my family.
