I was bullied into having a freckle removed, despite the fact that it has not changed in appearance since I was a child. I was told the scar would be a thin white line. In fact, once the stitches were removed, it was a round puckered scar, that looks like someone put out a cigar in the middle of my chest. I was told "well, we can't predict how skin will scar" and "it will fade" One year and $1500 in plastic surgery work later, it looks exactly the same. I feel manipulated and lied to, and now I have to live with the very visible result.

The medical staff is very good and qualified but, the two young women at the front desk have no idea what customer service is like. They are rough, uneducated and very abrupt when speaking. They must be more careful when selecting staff, because it is like any business, if they do not treat the customer well, then they look for another place.

The staff here are super unfriendly. I had a procedure done. I was told the price when I came to the front desk. The price was double. When I asked to speak to the doctor, the two women at the front desk look confused and just stood quiet without providing an answer or even going to get the doctor. On top of the terrible customer service, they handed me an on top of the terrible customer service, they handed me a bill and said insurance didn’t cover anything. However, they got everything pre-approved by insurance and when I started asking questions they gave me an 800 number to call. Again unhelpful is an understatement. Everything about my experience at this Dr. was unprofessional and not customer friendly. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor.

I did not have a positive experience. They need to streamline their initial intake of patients that are referred to them and make certain that they have the proper referral, insurance etc. before making an appointment. And, once a patient has made an appointment with the doctor that the patient was referred to, they should not just change doctors.

So unprofessional and very rude staff! Will set fake appointments and have you come for nothing. Also Dr.Torres seems to be in my opinion disingenuous. He wasn’t very caring or kind in my experience. The staff likes to patronize and treat patients with no care and respect, bottom line If you have money and want good work done please go anywhere but here!! The Manhattan Location is awful 😩 I regret giving them any of my time & insurance money! So delusional had the nerve to tell me I wouldn’t find another doctor to do what I needed done with my insurance ! Ha turns out I have, God is so good😊! The bottom line is the lack of care and respect they had towards me and the patients that I’ve seen there, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to experience! Plus the management is terrible! My interactions w
