Katie Folkenroth (doctor) is super friendly, efficient, and listens. I also trust her knowledge. My appointments have been 15 minutes or less which includes skin check and a skin biopsy. I get all my questions answered and was seen on time. Also easy to get an appointment compared to other dermatologists being booked out for months. The office staff/support was not overly friendly my first visit but I expected it more the second time and it was fine. I don’t take it personally, I think they’re just busy.

I highly recommend DermDox! I’ve been to several other dermatology offices over the years and this is by far the best. Last year, for my initial appointment, they got me in within a week or two, when the place that I was already an established patient with said it was going to be an over 6 month wait but I had an acute issue I needed looked at quicker. For regular visits I see Katie Folkenroth, MSN, FNP-C. She is so kind, thorough, explains things clearly, and is always smiling. She has done 2 biopsies for me and the process is always fast and runs smoothly. I had a small procedure done by Greg Forsyth, MSPAS, PA-, a few months ago and he was also super friendly and kind. He talked me through the whole process and my husband, who is a nurse, came with and was able to watch the procedure

I really enjoyed my visit with Katie Folkenroth today. She took her time to address my concerns and was so kind and personable! I really felt like she cared about what was going on with my skin, and I feel good about our plan of action to address some of my concerns. I highly recommend this provider!

This was my first in person visit and I have to say each and every person I came in contact with was kind and very helpful. Katie, my provider was intelligent, a great listener and made me feel like she understood what I had been going through. That is an amazing feeling.... " To be understood".
