Amazing service from the front counter, to the doctor and check out. My practioner Allison Egel listens to all my concerns and finds the best treatment for me. Also, when insurance won't cover a certain med, she is quick to respond with an acceptable replacement. Would give her 10 stars if I could !

Dr. Pacheco was efficient knowledgeable and thorough. She was also very personable. The same was true for her assistants and office personnel. Great practice, highly recommended!

Excellent care! Alex is phenomenal. She cares about her patients. She is very responsive if any issues arise via phone or the portal. No wait time at all. My son had a skin rash that spread, his physician's recommendation to "wait it out" didn't not work. Alex gave us the proper topical ointment and steps to care for the rash including what type of compression clothing to wear. The rash cleared up in no time! She is our "go to" for our family's dermatalogical needs.

I brought my daughter to the Millersville Dermatology office for an initial visit only because it was the only one with availability this winter. When leaving that appointment, we made the Spring follow-up appointment at the office closest to our home. A day before that Spring appointment, they called to cancel, stating that the doctor no longer worked there. They rescheduled my daughter, nearly a month later (meanwhile, she is running low on medication that requires a visual of her skin before renewing). On the day of that appointment, she showed up only to learn that the appointment line rescheduled her for the Millersville office and not the one we had scheduled for Spring. These offices are not close to one another, so it was impossible to make the incorrectly scheduled appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco’s for several years for a variety of concerns. I found her to be very knowledgeable and compassionate in resolving my issues. She’s the best!
