CVS Pharmacy

Kim was my POS Representative and she was exceptional with her service and making sure that I had all my coupons that I qualified for. Needless to say I went from owing $62-$30. That was a 50% savings from what I initially thought I would get. I really appreciate customer service like this because it really does make a big impact on our ability to come back to the store and afford to buy here. Thank you, Kim for your exceptional service and hospitality. I was having a challenging day, but leaving here made me feel so much better because of her kindness and her service. I will definitely be back!

I just want to say how pleasant Jayzer and Fola are! I literally just left the drive thru getting my mom and I’s prescriptions. Some of the prescriptions weren’t processed under my mom’s insurance and it took a little extra time. No one treated me like a burden, they fixed everything and did not rush me once! I know how busy this CVS can be and I just admired how well they handled everything. I hope they are rewarded for how well they work!!!!!!!!

The app confuses me a lot and my pharmacists and techs here have always been patient and amazing. Corporate needs to fix the app and gives these folks a huge raise!

CVS is the WORST!! My doctor’s office sent a prescription over to CVS for my husband. He’s been sick with a flu type virus for over a week. When I went to pick it up the employee at the window said it wasn’t in stock because of a manufacturer backlog and it would be several weeks before it was back in stock. I asked him if I found another pharmacy that had it available could they transfer the prescription. He said absolutely. I just needed to have the pharmacy call CVS and they would transfer it. Giant ended up having it in stock so I asked them to call to have the prescription transferred. CVS refused to transfer it because they said that they needed to fill it at least one time. Does that make any sense at all? IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AT CVS!!! So I had to drive over to our doctor’s off

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They have the best employees who actually care about their customers and show it from the time you walk in until you walk out. I've been going to this specific CVS in Millersville MD for about 15 years and it's the employees that make me come back!
