I've been coming to this practice for 12 years. It is a small family practice and the staff is very nice and genuine. I have been coming once a month for the past 5 years to see the esthetician Jill. She is great! My skin has cleared up so well. There has been a new receptionist for the last few years. Stacy, the new receptionist, is very sweet and nice. I've also seen Dr. Melull a few times for various things, and I like him as well. He is very busy seeing many patients daily, so sometimes his appts can run a little later than scheduled, so be prepared for that when seeing him. He takes the time to see each patient and address their issues even if they don't have an appt directly for him. The worst!!!! The doctor has no respect for his patients constantly and excessively late to the office the wait time is ridiculous. The office is unkept and bathroom had no soap or paper towels to wash your hands. We had to wait over an hour to be seen and for a first time visit I was not impressed at all!!! The actual visit was no more than five minutes. All he did was glance at the issue and wrote a bunch of scripts. While checking out I asked the office manager for some samples of the scripts the doctor wrote she only had one in stock but the sad part is we didn't realize it until we got home that the samples were expired!!!!!! Never again will I go here.

This place needs to be shut down. The doctors and his staff are unprofessional. Unwelcoming with nasty attitudes. Waiting two hours in the waiting room for an appointment. They did a skin test on my daughters skin I never received the test results after many phone calls and them telling me there going to call me back and never did. Calling for months with no one answering the phones but yet I'm stilled billed for a uncompleted job.

Very unprofessional. Doctor yells at his receptionist to get her attention while he's talking to me. Next thing you know there's the doctor, and 2 other woman in the room discussion what medication to prescribe me ...HORRIBLE place , and looks very outdated with rusted fixtures in the room

This place is a joke. Our appointment was for 6:45 and I just got taken back to the room and it is 8. I was going to leave at 8 so they just made it. Now I am waiting for a dr to see us. The waiting room is small and a bit crusty, you can see the place where people put their head. It took two months to get the appointment
