Dermatology - Mount Sinai Doctors – 108 Delancey St

Grace and Joanna are both excellent! They have taken such wonderful care of me before and throughout my pregnancy. They are so thorough and so caring. Far and away the best and most personal care I have experienced from any doctor in New York.

Highly regret not checking the review for the practice and went based on zocdoc reviews. I waited 45+ min to be seen by the doctor, even though I had an appointment; was mildly irritating as I had to go back to work but I get it things happen. Dr arrives, rushes the visit, and then leaves. I understand as patients we're all going to be treated as a number and the dr is prob overbooked with appointments, but the communication from the team could have been better. Healthcare isn't cheap so at least give the illusion that we're being considered thoughtfully Also, there's no way to directly contact the office/front desk, calls are routed "offsite" and they can only leave a message. This was a massive inconvenience as there was some miscommunication from the pharmacy regarding my prescriptio

Staff is friendly, and Dr. Daniel Morse has been wonderful. Would highly recommend.

It's a mess. My referral says 104 Delancey street. The dermatologist is next door at 108 Delancey. it took me time to go to 104 Delancey, check in, get turned away, go to 108 Delancey, check in, go up the elevator, and then check in again. In the end they turned away saying I was more than 15 minutes late. And that's after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. I guess I'll just die...

Staff is absolutely incompetent. This is incredibly harmful to patients and their wellbeing. Care comes from the entire team. Hire more educated and capable staff.
