Dermatology Center of Northwest Houston: Lisa Hitchins, MD, PA

I’ve used 5 dermatologists in the past 20 years. Dr. Hitchens is the best and most thorough one. She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I went in with my own list of 6 things to look at. I never got my list out because she found every one within minutes. I feel so safe that she will continue to be the one that watches my skin. The staff is also so kind and amazing! I have already recommended her to friends and family.

Dr. Hitchins is so concerned about my general health and skin care. She scans every nook and cranny of my skin every 6 months and has identified several precancerous spots to be treated. She has a surgeon for patients who have had positive biopsies. Her staff is efficient and informed. I am always given a written summary of my visit with clear and understandable instructions. I love her.

The Team was very professional and every process was explained to detail. They took several biopsies to test. I look forward in returning and have all the skin issues resolved on my head. Great job everyone.

Dr. Shah is really good and caring. He has found a melanoma and several basal cell cancers on me. He took care of the basal cell ones quickly and sent me to a surgeon for the melanoma. I would highly recommend him.

I have had several concerns and Dr Hutchins has always gone beyond helping me. Love her special ways of always having that extra pep in her step and positive energy. Would highly recommend her! 🤗
