Dermatology Associates & Surgical Center - Martinsburg

It was my first visit to Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center in Martinsburg. I am very happy that I chose this office. It is convenient they have online appointment scheduling. The check in went smooth and it was easy to use the electronic tablet for entering health history. Dr Nunnelee was wonderful and was able to address my concern expertly and efficiently. No issues and highly recommend this practice.

Had another amazing experience today here! At 47, I am taking every measure to prevent the aging process and keep my edge for business and life…. Had Botox injections, scheduled a series of chemical peels and had a medically suggested skincare product line recommended and I was able to pick up the Skinceuticals line there as well! Had a pleasant experience. Fast service. In and out. Only thing I would change is the lady at check out could us a lesson in phone ettiquette, and customer service. She was very rude to me, and I don't know she was even speaking to me because she was on the phone when we walked up. It was really off putting. Everything else was great though.

Developed a dermatologic issue on a Sunday- found Dermatology Associates on the Web and looked for information. Was able to make an appointment for next day. Went and met the folks and all went really easy and they took care of me quick. Nothing else mattered at that point and I am happy and all is good. Great service, caring people and easy to get to.
