Dermatology Associates of Melrose

I have had good experiences here. I have seen several PA‘s who have helped with whatever is going on. When they can’t help they give really good references to other types of Drs.

Lindsay was wonderful. Informative, kind, concise. Pointed me in the exact right direction and gave me all the information i needed to improve my skin health.

It’s a shame, we really like Amy Ackland and one receptionist, Barbara, but the rest of the staff here are so incredibly rude and don’t do what they say they’re going to do. Didn’t fax over labs so we waited 3 hours for a blood draw…took MULTIPLE phone calls to get our prescription filled, and the service (again, not Barbara) made me feel like I was inconveniencing her every single call. If it weren’t for Amy we would never go back here.

Dermatology Associates should fire their phone receptionist. Could not wait 1 minute for me to get my health insured card, but waited 5 minutes on the phone. Told me to call back in a rude tone. Horrible customer service, clearly unwilling to work. I'm definitely not going back!

I had been looking for a dermatologist to see for some acne that I can't get rid of. I called a few places and they were booking out into November and December. I decided to give this place a call and was pleasantly surprised. I called at 1:50PM or so and was able to get a telehealth appointment at 2:20 the same day! Dr. Virnelli was very nice and I was overall super pleased with the experience. If I ever have need of a dermatologist again this will be the first place I call.
