Dermatology Associates

Terribly sorry I wasted my time going there, the 1st time I waited almost 45 minutes just to be admitted to the Dr's.room, today waited 30 minutes before I asked to speak with the office manager and he told me there is nothing he can do, he was rude and seemed like he didn't care at all. There is not point to have an schedule if they don't follow it, I can understand 5, 10 or 15 minutes more... is just poor management, they are getting paid to do a job and the don't do it or appreciate, they should be considered with their patient time, in my case, I had to go back to work in Berkeley Springs WV. Shame!!
