Person who is responsible for appointment scheduling is extremely rude. I would consider looking for more patient-freindly and polite assistant. I can't give any feedback about doctors or care as I couldn't get to them unfortunately
Dr. Lu is an AMAZING doctor. Caring, kind and friendly. To the front desk ladies, make sure you hang up the phone before talking about the patient. If you do not like dealing with patients or customer service, you should have chosen a different career path. To the doctors, the ladies at the front desk represent your company and are the first person to greet patients. Choose them wisely.
Dr. Almeida was very hasty. Because of this, I found it hard to trust her judgement and will have to seek a second opinion.
I was extremely happy with my visit with Dr Shah. The office was very professional, helpful & answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend Dr Shah.
