I have been calling the last two weeks to get the authorization from his Doctors for one of my father’s heart medication, I been on the phone for hours( today I was caller #2 and caller #1 for over 30 min until they closed the clinic and no one answered the phone but said to call tomorrow during their work hours) unless they were reading a book to the previous customer there is no way I should be on hold for 30 min being caller number one!! Also every time they transfer me to the nurse it is a voice message system! I leave messages and no one had called back for weeks now! He needs this medication for hearth failure and seems like there is not enough staff or not enough competent staff to return a phone call or find the right person to get me to the Dr. Office ! I loved Dr Hamid…but the staff not so much. I called to make an appointment for my sick child and was told the nurse would call me back she never called. I called again and was told to wait for the nurse who never called. If I didn’t take my baby to pediatric urgent care I wouldn’t have known she had an ear infection. That right there told me this was not the place for us and you have to pay for parking. Never going back…..EVER!!!

Don’t really have an issue scheduling an appointment for my son. The receptionist are okay, it’s a hit or miss when it comes to someone who actually likes their job. However Pediatrician Dr. Panem is an amazing Doctor! I would recommend her to anyone! She is super informative! She shows a lot of care in her work! She definitely knows what she’s talking about!

called to make a new patient appointment and the receptionist who was booking an appointment informed me because i have state insurance aka public assistance insurance, the office is going to need proof of address such as a bank statement and or a recent mail. i asked her if my state id was sufficient enough and she told me no. i also told them that i work with a doctors office and never heard of this that we dont even ask our patients for this type of document. she told me that its because they deal with the state etc and that my practice is private. this sounds a little sketchy so please dont even book anything here.

Worse dentist here, my mother went for an appointment and the dentist proceeded to cut her tongue not once but twice. Then my mother complained that she couldn't breathe well and they didn't care at all.
