The second one was on 1/02/26. This is a Delta preferred partner and I trusted what was agreed and signed was the price to pay but then I kept getting these calls every other day about a balance and the amount kept changing but I didn’t understand why they are charging so much after I already paid the agreed amount. This place changed my appointments so many times that even called my contact which is my wife because they don’t understand that people work during the week and once I get the voicemail I would contact back. They’re billing issues started back on 11/28/25 b

After a year and a half as a patient, I’ve decided to find another dentist. My last four appointments in a row were canceled with less than two days’ notice, despite being scheduled about three months in advance. Repeatedly having to rearrange my schedule to fit last-minute openings became too frustrating. The staff is polite, but the overall experience has been average, and the scheduling issues ultimately outweighed the convenience of the location. I’d rather drive 1.5 hours round trip to my previous dentist than deal with continued cancellations.

Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful office. I rescheduled my appointment a month in advance and showed up today as planned, only to be told at the front desk that my appointment was silently canceled because I “didn’t reply to a confirmation email.” No call. No text. No warning. Just canceled and nobody bothered to tell me. Apparently their policy is: if you don’t confirm, they cancel your appointment without notifying you, because they “have a long waitlist.” That is one of the most unprofessional and arrogant policies I’ve ever heard. Patients take time off work, drive over, and plan their day around appointments — and you think it’s acceptable to just delete it and let them find out when they show up? Complete waste of my time. Zero accountability. Zero respect for patients. And

Kristen did a fantastic job taking care of our 4 year old. Was so patient and kind to her during her first trip to the dentist. Dr. Field was also awesome!

My visits have gone perfectly smooth no complaints at all. Assistant Kristen was very helpful with everything and was always checking if I needed.
