Dentists of Gainesville

I’ve been going to this dentist for 6 years and regret the entire time. Nearly every time I’ve visited. I’ve seen a different dentist, none of whom follow up on any of the comments or concerns from past dentists at the same office. Most recently I was asked to come back every 3 months and at each visit I saw a different dentist and the treatment was inconsistent. This last visit took the cake when I was told I had the start of 3 cavities, and was prescribed a treatment not covered by insurance and I was given no other treatment options. I would never recommend this dentist and every visit lasts 1.5-2 hours. It’s not worth my time to call and talk to the office after I’ve already spent a ridiculous amount of time and money on this office.

Polite and helpful customer service from all staff members. In addition, the excellent attention to detail for the dental services provided. Finally, I was provided easy to follow after care instructions.

This dentist consistently charges the highest possible fees and tends to recommend the most expensive treatment options or considering more affordable alternatives; even a basic cleaning was priced at the top , I had many treatments in there unfortunately. so I strongly recommend getting opinions from other dental offices before going there—unless you have money to waste.

First of all to walk into "Dentists of Gainesville" and be greeted by Nebulia or Alyssa is a joy. They immediately set out to answer every question you could think of with patients and cheerfulness. Ivy, the technician, is a world of knowledge about all the dental care that's going to happen and again answering all my questions and there were many with such professionalism. She also huma along to the music which is soothing. Dr. Yusur Al-Tekreeti, DDS gave me as much time as I needed to make up my mind about the decisions I had to make. She showed extreme patients as I was such a Nervous Nelly. And in the end I walked away with the information I needed and the care that I needed to make credible decisions about my own Dental Care. My husband saw Dr. T for a crown and was very impressed by the whole experience. The office was clean, everyone he came into contact was very friendly and professional, and Dr. T was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before starting.
