Dentistry for Children - Morrow

Today was a great experience for my 6 year old daughter. The staff got us in quickly and on our scheduled appointment time. They were also friendly and very customer service savvy. The hygienist are well trained in pediatric dentistry and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I give our overall experience a 10 out of 10.

DeAndre had an amazing experience at the Dentistry for Children – Morrow, GA location! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and the office had such a bright, kid-friendly atmosphere that helped calm his nerves right away. The dental assistants were incredibly patient with DeAndre and took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and truly caring, making sure he was comfortable the entire visit. I loved how they spoke directly to him and encouraged him about taking good care of his teeth—it really boosted his confidence. I’ve been taking my children to this location for years. But this morning I received a message pertaining to someone else’s children. I politely sent a message back stating that these wasn’t my children. I received a message back stating that” This is the number we have on file. Until it’s updated, there is nothing we can do”. 1st, if your child miss 2 appointments, they can no longer go to children’s. 2nd, I’m sure that’s part of a Hippa violation since I told them those wasn’t my children. 3rd, the correct response should have been there was a mistake. You all really need to train your MA’s better because this is so unacceptable. Especially since this company will stop seeing a patient

Dr.Reddick and Mrs. Iesha was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They explained everything in great detail before moving forward, very gently, professional, and efficient. My daughter treatment and recovery was easy fast and perfectly done.

A lovely experience for all of my children! The staff is gentle with them, and communicated all information effectively. I was a patient of Dentistry 4 Children (Hudson bridge location) when I was an adolescent. So it’s great to see a corporation maintain their values throughout the decades.
