Dentistry for Children - Johns Creek

My son visited this place today because his gums were inflamed and the staff told me that antibiotics were needed to treat him. But the staff were very unprofessional and didn’t regard the information I had written of what allergies my son had and when I informed them of it they didn’t even know what we were talking about or even how to spell it. The staff was also extremely rude and told me to leave when I confronted them about it. very rude very unprofessional I can’t believe they didn’t know how to spell Cephalexin! I hope anybody who see this review do not go there. They. Play games. Especially this is for children’s !

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and the staff is always super friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. I felt super comfortable being at the dentist because of them! It was a pleasure to have Shannon who was super sweet, professional, and amazing at her job. Same goes for Dr. Park who is reliable and an amazing dentist!!

I just want to start off and say thank you to Dr. Park for all that she does for our family. Yesterday was a busy day , office was full and wait times were very long(almost 2 hours). Everyone was working very hard. I noticed, the manager, I’m presuming, be very disrespectful to the girls and very passive aggressive. I’m sure things get hectic on such a busy day, but she seemed to be very overbearing and rude to some of the girls working very hard running around. It was not professional or respectful. We love this practice, the heart warming front desk girls, the Doctor.. I think management can do better with her staff regarding professionalism and being more respectful. It was uncomfortable to see on such a busy day.

Aimee and Tamyra are both great and professional workers and Nicolette that help me to brush my teeth and also did a super amazing job to clean my teeth and teach me how do I maintain my teeth clean. This is a excellent dentistry place to get your teeth cleaned shiny

This dentistry is by far the best dentistry our family has been to. I mean as soon as we wake in the front desk lady, Ms amy is her name, greets my kid by their names,which make them smile and not be afraid to got to the dentist and stay calm.. She's so funny and my kids just adore her! Thank you guys so much for the great service and thank you Ms. Amy!
