Dentist at Market Square

Started coming here when i moved to Kendall in 2017 as i needed a Dentist nearby. Dr. Sanchez is a great dentist and i do recommend him but unfortunately the front office is a mess. I believe it's his wife but she is not the best with following up. It is 1/6/23 as I write this but I called them 11/23/22 to make an appointment and no one answered so i left a message for them to call me back. I waited almost two weeks and called again since no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of the front office and she made me call my insurance company to get the PO box address for her, thought that was her job but I still did it. She then told me she would call me back with appointment information and I have yet to hear back. I called them multiple times with no luck, I even went to the office

Dr. Sanchez and his hygienists are wonderful, very patient and careful with their patients. The issue this dental office has is with the front desk lady (Maggie). After my regular check-up early in the year, she told me she had sent the pre-approval for the things I need done to my insurance and we were only waiting on them to complete the paperwork and that she'd call me as soon as they were ready. A few months go by without response so I start calling them and in June, she tells me that the insurance needs more documentation/information, which we provide hastily. Few more weeks go by and in August, she calls me to let me know that they have approved the procedures and she schedules my appointment. I woke up with a broken tooth today. A friend recommended this office so I went. I got in within 10 minutes. Super friendly and Professional staff. The place is impeccably CLEAN. Dr. Sanches was very nice,explained my options. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service & personal attention I received. I am even happier I found a dentist I Trust. Great price great care.

This place is AMAZING! Thank you Maggie for Making it such a friendly and pleasant experience. Dr. Sanchez is Very friendly and ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. It’s very hard to find a great dentist thats good with kids and is honest, sincere and pashonet In his work. THANK AGAIN!

The doctor is very professional and polite. The staff is very professional as well. Everything was explained to me beforehand including what the insurance will and will not cover to make a good decision. Awesome.
