This place is a SCAM, waste of time and needs to invest in medical customer service procedures for ALL staff members starting from the receptionists to the dentists in practice. Here is a detailed list of all things wrong with this place: 1. Children of the staff running around the office WHILE patients are present and receiving dental treatment. Children are peeking through rooms, causing disturbances and distracting front desk staff. 2. Male Dentist not understanding the word NO when pushing additional cosmetic treatments on patient after patient has politely declined Invisalign. Made patient uncomfortable by talking about our political climate and ignored financial reasons for decline. ( This back and forth consumed the entire appointment * approximately 45mins - 1 hour** and the clean
