This dental clinic has been an absolute gem. The visits always seem incredibly quick, making it a convenient option for me. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the entire experience pleasant. I’ve been a patient at Dental365 UWS for over a year now, and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my Invisalign treatment. From my initial visit for a routine cleaning to my current progress, I’ve always felt confident in the expertise and care provided by the staff. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient dental clinic.

Visiting a friend in Manhattan, I had a dental issue that was causing extreme discomfort. I found Dental 365 on Google, and a short walk from where I was staying. When I explained my problem, I was told to come right in. I need to add that I have extreme dental phobia. Dr. Greig and his staff made me instantly feel at ease. Everything they were doing was explained to me and shown to me. I appreciate what they did for me, as it’s not often you get a same day appointment with a doctor. Five stars. They have my trust.

This practice is wonderful! The front desk staff are always extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Each time I've been seen right away, and the experience has been smooth and comfortable from beginning to end. I brought my partner here, who has a serious dentist phobia, because I knew he'd be in great hands. Indeed they were very accommodating and made him feel relaxed right away. I highly recommend this practice, especially for anyone afraid of going to the dentist.

Been going here for two years now. I was skeptical about a chain type of business and refrained from posting a review just to make sure of consistent treatment. The front staff,office manager, Dr.Greg, and the hygienist (Carmen, my fav) have been knowledgeable, professional, kind, and thorough. My cleaning is efficient and they always are able to show me tooth by tooth any concerns or spots of concern on a large tv screen so it is clear what they are talking about. The office is also clean and welcoming.

I had a great experience at this dentist. I went for a new patient cleaning, exam, and xrays. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, the dental assistant was kind, thorough, and very gentle, and the dentist was clear and not pushy. I will be back for sure!
