I’ve had the exact same experience as the last reviewer. My routine cleaning was originally scheduled for April, then canceled last minute and pushed to May. Since then, they’ve rescheduled me 4 or 5 times, only to send the same automated message each time: their hygienist is out on medical leave “until further notice.” It’s honestly so disappointing. I used to really like this office. The staff was great, and it was super convenient being right in Kaneohe. But now I’m left scrambling to find a completely new provider since no other dentists in the area under my insurance are accepting new patients. Healthcare shouldn’t be this hard to navigate. Impossible to get in touch with the office. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls/voicemails. Honestly they don't show any concern for the patient's health/well-being, etc. This business is so shiesty and squirrelly. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at the ending of last year. It is now July which is almost more than 1/2. Years past which I was assured that the hygienist would be back at work and not on "medical leave". This morning I get a text that she is on medical leave until further notice, sorry for the inconvenience and that my appointment has been canceled. I called multiple times no answer, no call back, nothing. As if this business is nonexistent. I kept letting things slide and but this was the last straw. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for better oral and physical health! The staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Kim is the most honest and genuine dentist I have ever met! He just wants to see his patients thrive with what is best for the patient! He will only do procedures that are necessary and helpful for better health. May God Bless this dentist office!

5 Star and then some! Like most I could be happy never seeing a dentist, and I’ve have had some questionable experiences in the past , to put it lightly, but a big thank you to Nicole @ Dental world! It was such a pleasant experience, she was very thorough and engaged the whole time and explained PLAINLY in a way I could understand what issues I had, might have in the future and what could be done to repair everything. Truly amazing, I’ve never been treated so well at a Dentist and will only be coming here from now on. So lucky to have found this gem. Hope you all have a similar experience… now I’m going to try these new teeth out on a giant candy bar… Shhh.
