Dental Team of South Windsor

I went in for an extraction today. Had to be pumped up with pain numbing medication 3 times. Also, Dentist pushed down on my tooth I was in for 3 different times. Each time it hurt. He sent me away to get service elsewhere. Afterwards, I was feeling extremely pain from that one tooth that was pressed down on by the dentist himself. Right now I can barely eat. Chewing is not fun. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends and family members.

Unfortunate that they're only open on Thursdays at the moment. However, their level of service is outstanding. I just had a filling done, and it's literally the most perfect job I've had done to one of my teeth. LITERALLY perfect. I'm very happy with it. If you're coming in for a cleaning, you're in and out pretty fast, and the employees are nice.

Between a family member and I, this office has cancelled & rescheduled our appointments a total of 5 times over the past 4 months, due to provider unavailability. Received yet another call that they are cancelling my appointment again and wait-listing me due to having no hygienist.

A few visits ago I had a different dentist and I was unimpressed. Last 2 visits I had Dr Singh and was very nice, efficient and very respectful to his staff. I just recommended my friend to this office.

Wow I guess I had my appointment on a bad day for them the dentist was extremely unprofessional and non caring. Making faces of disgust before I could even totally answer his questions. He acted like he was very overwhelmed with the patient workloads . Also could not find the source of my tooth pain .
