This is a wonderful, caring and highly professional practice. They took me on an emergency basis and did a root canal. The office staff was pleasant and I did not have to wait at all. The dental assistant was kind and helpful and Dr. Porras was very gentle and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly, told me what to expect and answered all my questions. There was a complication that arose the next day, and again, they took me immediately with no waiting at all. I hope to never need another root canal but if I do, this is definitely where I would go. I highly recommend Dental Specialty Center if you need an endodontist.

I feel like the specialists in this office really respect their patients. You're not sitting in the waiting room but for a few minutes, then brought into the room by super friendly staff who genuinely seem to love their job. Of course, no one really looks forward to a dental procedure, but Dr. Freedman always puts me at ease. He is friendly and really takes the time to explain the options. With all that is involved in installing an implant, I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Freedman.

I had a very pleasant experience even though I had a extremely difficult root canal case. Dr Porras and the staff were great. It took four visits and lot of patience from the doctor and his staff, but they did a great job, and saved my tooth. I’m very grateful and this review is not enough to express my gratitude. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Kaplan and the staff are super friendly! I was supposed to have a root canal done but my case was a bit tricky and Dr. Kaplan explained all the reasons why and what my options are. He was very helpful and funny too! And the staff was very nice from the moment I walked in. Will be back 🙏🏼… Well I came back, have 3 teeth pulled by Dr. London and he and his team went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience. The level of care in this clinic is outstanding and I’m looking forward to my recheck appointment! Thank you everyone!!

I had a root canal done with Dr. Porras back in June of ‘24, and it was truly a traumatic experience. During the procedure Dr. Porras struck the nerve multiple times, to the point where my body was shaking and I was uncontrollably sobbing on the chair. Dr. Porras made absolutely no effort to comfort me emotionally nor medically. He just stared at me and said “ok, we really need to finish this procedure”. I was in complete shock at the total lack of empathy from him. After he finished he just walked out and left me on the chair shaking and in tears. The only redeeming thing I have to say about this despicable excuse for a dental office, is the hygienists working that day did make an effort to console me, and stayed in the room with a hand on my shoulder until my nervous system began to calm
