This office has the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I called to see if I can schedule an appointment because I chipped my front tooth. I told him I knew I would have to pay out-of-pocket and I am fine with that if he can just give me a price as we make the appointment he kept going on saying he don’t know the price I said is he going to do it on Monday? He said I’m not sure I said can you please ask him so they hung the phone up on me I called back about three times and they sent me to the answering service, all I was trying to ask was if I scheduled my appointment on Monday will the work be done and if so, how much I don’t understand what was all the complication and to hang up on a patient I’m pretty sure the doctor wouldn’t be happy . with this

Had an exposed nerve that was causing me excruciating pain on a Saturday around noon - I called at least a dozen offices and they either were closing at like 1pm or didn’t take my insurance - I called dental PM, they took my insurance and were open until 5pm - I explained my situation and how much pain I was in, they didn’t hesitate and said come right in - the tooth was completely impacted and dr Rodriguez told me that I need an oral surgeon - I explained how much pain I was in and that I couldn’t wait until Monday even with pain killers, once he saw how much pain I was in, he agreed to do the extraction right then and there, I was immediately numbed up and within 10 mins he had the tooth out - I probably would have taken a pair of pliers to it if it weren’t for dr Rodriguez - highly reco

Experience was awesome. Dr. Rafael really knows his craft, he is very knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Great for cleaning. They are very gentle and the wait isn’t too bad.
