The space is very small and usually overcrowded. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment but wasn’t seen until nearly 1:00 p.m. A medical assistant told me I wouldn’t be able to get my teeth pulled that day, which was fine, and said the doctor would speak with me. The doctor spoke to me for about two minutes and briefly looked in my mouth. After that, I was told I owed a $75 co-pay for the consultation. It felt like I was only seen so they could charge me. The receptionist said everything goes through the doctors and that they were the ones who confirmed the co-pay. Overall, it was a long wait for very little interaction. If you can, save yourself the time and consider going somewhere else.

It's a long wait to connect on the phone so you're better off making your appointment online. It's even a longer wait the day of, in a tiny waiting area. BUT the staff is courteous, friendly and professional. The office is clean, quiet and comfortable. The dentists and assistants are caring & patient. Both of my surgeries were done quickly and efficiently, and I recovered well.

I was able to book an appointment online the same day. I had very little wait time and the staff was courteous. The surgeon did an exceptional job as I chose to forego the anesthesia and was awake during the procedure. Aside from the obvious pressure that would be felt in such a procedure, I did not experience any discomfort.

I had a referral for some extractions and a bone shave, and they got me an appointment in two days. The waiting room is small and crowded, but there are no issues in the back. I got the general anesthesia so that I wouldn't have to be awake for all the work being done, and recovery was a breeze. Amazingly enough, I had absolutely zero pain from the procedure. I've gotten pain killers from every dentist I've ever been to for extractions, but I didn't need a single pill after this procedure. I don't know if anyone that actually likes getting oral surgery. But if you have to go through it, keep this place on your priority list.
