I am so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of this Dental practice. Jenny is always so welcoming.... and Dr Frey is incredible. I can't say enough about how well run this practice is...

Jenny was incredibly kind and helpful when trying to set up an appointment. My insurance changed since my last appointment. We ran into and issue with my insurance and I had to call back another day once I'd gotten the correct Group and ID number. I called back the next day and I spoke with Michelle. She was unwilling to help set up the appointment until I called my insurance company to check if they were on the list of providers. Jenny did not seem to have this issue when I spoke with her previously. I had provided the incorrect number and she notified me that it was not showing up. Michelle would not even attempt to input the correct information until I called my insurance company. It wouldve taken her 30 seconds to check. Very unimpressed. I tried to explain that i am an overnight worke

I had a crown that came out the night before we flew up from FL. I went in to my old dentist office (Silver Spring Dental) and Dr. Geister was able to fit me in and glue the crown back in place. Just in time for Thanksgiving! Excellent staff and dental hygienists.

All the office staff, along with Drs. Frey and Geister, are fantastic. I love the office staff for helping fit me into appointments that coincide with my academic breaks- something difficult to accommodate at times, but so, so appreciated. Great team, great communication, and great doctors! Highly recommend

Had a semi tooth emergency, and they were able to fit me in and fix me up pretty quickly. The staff was all very kind, helpful and professional from front office workers, to assistants, to the guy who had to do the actual drilling 🦷. Very glad I came here, it will be coming back regularly.
