This was the WORST dental experience I've had in my entire life! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, have ANY sort of dental surgery here. I have never been afraid of going to the dentist until now. I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a genuinely traumatic experience. - Firstly, all of the staff I interacted with are rude, I went in expecting to be walked through the steps of the procedure, but when I introduced myself to the assistant I was barely acknowledged while she set up shop. When I made an effort to ask questions I was met with impatience, confusion and curt responses as if interacting was burdensome, so I DID NOT FEEL WELCOME OR COMFORTABLE even though I was PAYING 4k for the service. - When I was put under nitrogen gas, I was not given enough to ease any anxiety or numb my s

My most recent experience here was beyond exceptional! I currently wear aligners, and I was given a new set at this latest visit, with the addition of elastic bands. I was initially apprehensive, but Oswaldo made sure that I understood how to use them properly. He even stayed an extra 30 minutes (or thereabout) after the appointment had ended to ensure that I could manage the bands myself. The staff clearly cares about the well-being of their patients, and I'd definitely recommend this establishment to anyone moving into the area!

I am very disappointed with our experience at this clinic. I brought my child in for a cleaning. After X-rays, we were told which teeth needed treatment and scheduled an appointment. I asked the dentist to focus only on the most urgent teeth because my child could not tolerate a long visit. I was told this was fine, and I waited in the reception area. After about one hour, I was informed that they were done for the day and that we would need to schedule another appointment to finish the work. When I asked to see what had been done, I was extremely upset. First, they treated three teeth that were not on the original list of teeth that needed repair. I was never asked for my consent to change the treatment plan. To be clear, two teeth were not even next to the teeth that were originally iden

DO not have oral surgery with this dentist. He is absolutely not equipped to handle anything other than cleanings and fillings. I made a huge mistake and just spent $4k with this dentist only to have him not call in a prescription like he said he would and then not answer my call to his emergency service. Anytime I have had oral surgery they call to check on you and they give you the doctor’s cell phone number. My husband finally got a hold of him but he was getting on a plane. Again do not have any work done here other than a filling.

Had such a great experience here! I had Sindy for my cleaning and she was so friendly and very thorough. Not only did she do my cleaning, but she did a full round of x-rays, pictures and testing to make sure there weren’t any signs of gum diseases! After my cleaning Dr. Brian walked me through everything and clearly explained to me next steps for treatment. All the staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable - probably the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. Very pleasant dentist visit
